NO CLINICIAN–PATIENT, THERAPIST–CLIENT, ATTORNEY–CLIENT, ADVISOR–CLIENT, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED BY YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to use the Services lawfully, respectfully, and only for their intended purposes. You agree not to:

• access or use the Services in a way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, servers, or data;
• interfere with the integrity, availability, or security of the Services;

• use Orione's symbolic, spiritual, or reflective outputs as if they were guaranteed facts, professional advice, or deterministic predictions;
• reproduce, resell, sublicense, exploit, or commercially repurpose the Services or their outputs except as expressly permitted by us or by law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, security reasons, legal obligations, or protection of the platform and its users.

Certain features of the Services may require authentication or account access. Orione may support sign-in methods such as Google authentication and any other login methods we make available from time to time.

If you create or use an Orione account, you agree that:

• you are authorized to use the credentials and login provider associated with that account;
• you are responsible for activity associated with your account to the extent permitted by law;
• you will keep your credentials, devices, and access methods secure;
• you will promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

Your account may include, among other things:

• profile details;
• saved horoscopes;
• natal chart history;
• tarot reading history;
• bookmarks;
• saved article notes/insights;
• manifestation audio bookmarks and playback history;
• downloadable reports or PDFs;
• event registrations;
• communication preferences and settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms, in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or in a way that poses risk to the Services or other users.

This section applies if you opt in to receive SMS/text messages (the "SMS Program").

The Services may include free features, account-linked features, premium-locked features, external offer flows, downloadable outputs, and event-related services.

These may include, for example:

• daily horoscope outputs;
• natal chart reports;
• tarot readings and saved reading history;
• AI-assisted reflective interpretations;
• downloadable or re-downloadable PDFs;
• manifestation audio libraries;
• article bookmarks and private notes;
• account-based saved progress;
• event registration and related communications;
• external premium offers or partner experiences.

We may add, remove, revise, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature, content type, output format, product flow, event type, or integration at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature, report format, card spread, event, PDF, account history item, audio track, or content asset will remain available forever.

The Services may reference or link to third-party products, services, websites, checkout pages, consultation services, content, tools, or partner experiences ("Third-Party Services").

• Third-Party Services are provided by independent parties, not Orione.
• We do not control and are not responsible for Third-Party Services, including their content, availability, pricing, policies, privacy practices, or checkout flows.
• Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their own terms and policies.
• If you leave Orione and access an external premium offer or partner destination, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

Some links, featured offers, product recommendations, sponsored placements, or partner references may be affiliate-, referral-, or sponsorship-based. This means we may earn compensation or other commercial benefit if you take action through those links or placements.

Where material relationships exist, we aim to disclose them clearly where appropriate.

In connection with the Services, you may submit personal and non-personal information such as birth details, questions, profile data, preferences, notes, event forms, job applications, feedback, and similar materials.

You represent and warrant that:

• you have the necessary rights to submit such information;
• your submissions do not violate any law or third-party right;
• your submissions are not knowingly false, unlawful, abusive, or infringing.

If you submit suggestions, feedback, ideas, or similar materials, you grant Orione a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use them to operate, improve, test, and develop the Services, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Do not submit confidential information that you do not wish to share with us.

Certain parts of the Services may rely on automated systems, language-model outputs, algorithmic interpretation, symbolic datasets, astrology APIs, tarot data, or AI-assisted explanatory layers.

By using such features, you understand and agree that:

• outputs may be incomplete, generalized, symbolic, imperfect, or interpretive in nature;
• outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, exhaustive, or suitable for any high-stakes purpose;
• symbolic and spiritual outputs are intended for reflection, not certainty;

Orione does not guarantee future outcomes, life results, compatibility, health outcomes, business outcomes, relationship outcomes, or any other specific result based on generated outputs.

If the Services include event listings, webinars, courses, workshops, or other event-related experiences, registration through Orione may function as an interest submission, preliminary reservation request, or attendance request rather than an immediate guaranteed booking, unless expressly stated otherwise.

By registering for an event, you understand that:

• event availability may be limited;
• follow-up confirmation may be required;
• payment, invoicing, scheduling, or final confirmation may be handled separately;
• additional event-specific terms or cancellation policies may apply.

We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, modify, or limit attendance for events, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

• the Services will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free;
• any report, reading, article, event, PDF, audio item, or interpretation will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs;
• any saved history, bookmark, reading archive, account data, or playback state will always remain available;
• any third-party link, external offer, or partner service will be available or satisfactory.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orione and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to:

• your use or misuse of the Services;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of any law or third-party right;
• your submissions, content, or conduct;
