Event Cancellation Policy

At Orione, we strive to create meaningful spiritual experiences for our community. We understand that circumstances may change, and we've designed this policy to be fair to both our participants and our team.

1.Event Registration Process

When you register for an Orione event, you are submitting a preliminary reservation request. Event registration is not complete until you receive a confirmation from our team. Here's how it works:

A member of the Orione team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm availability

Invoice & Payment

Upon confirmation, you will receive an invoice for payment

Spot Secured

Your spot is secured once payment is received

Registration requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We will notify you promptly if an event is fully booked when your request is received.


2.Cancellation by Participant

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing events@orion.app or replying to your confirmation email.

Standard Events (Workshops, Ceremonies, Community Events)

Free Events and Webinars

Free event registrations may be cancelled at any time. We appreciate notice if you can no longer attend so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.


3.Registration Transfers

If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge. Please notify us of the transfer at least 48 hours before the event with the new participant's full name and contact information.


4.Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule to a different date of the same event (when available), please contact us at least 7 days before your registered event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.


5.Cancellation by Orione

In rare circumstances, Orione may need to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as facilitator illness, venue issues, or insufficient enrollment.

  • If Orione cancels an event, all registered participants will receive a full refund
  • We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance when possible
  • You may choose to apply your payment as a credit toward a future event instead of a refund

6.Event Modifications

Orione reserves the right to make minor modifications to event schedules, venues, or facilitators. We will communicate any significant changes to registered participants promptly. Minor changes do not qualify for refunds.


7.Late Arrivals and No-Shows

We encourage all participants to arrive on time. If you arrive late, you may join the event in progress at the facilitator's discretion. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

For retreats and multi-day events, missing a portion of the experience does not qualify for a partial refund.


8.Weather and Acts of Nature

For outdoor events, minor weather conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation. In the event of severe weather that makes an event unsafe, Orione will reschedule or provide refunds at our discretion.


9.Communication After Registration

Once you submit a registration request, you can expect the following communication from our team:

  • Initial contact within 2 business days to confirm availability
  • Invoice for payment (if applicable)
  • Confirmation email with event details and preparation instructions
  • Reminder email 48 hours before the event
  • Follow-up email after the event with any relevant resources

10.Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.


11.Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances occur. If you have a special situation that falls outside this policy, please contact us at events@orion.app. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis with compassion and fairness.
