Responsibilities
- Manage social media presence and community engagement
- Respond to user feedback and support inquiries
- Develop community programs and events
- Create user-generated content initiatives
- Analyze community metrics and report insights
Requirements
- 2+ years in community management or social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with community platforms and tools
- Genuine interest in astrology and wellness topics
- Empathetic and supportive communication style
Nice to Have
- Personal astrology or tarot practice
- Experience with Discord or similar platforms
- Content creation skills
